    Individual Supervision

As an Oregon Board-approved clinical supervisor, I offer individual supervision for CSWAs working toward licensure. My approach is collaborative and reflective, with an emphasis on clinical skill-building, identity development, and practicing within a trauma-informed framework. Supervision is tailored to support both your professional growth and alignment with your values as an emerging clinician.

    Group Supervision

Group consultation provides a collaborative space for practitioners to deepen their clinical insight, share knowledge, and reflect on the intersections of identity, power, and care. Groups are structured to support connection, accountability, and learning within a supportive community.

Please note, my ability to facilitate group supervision will be dependent on the number of associates I am supervising and the ability for us to coordinate a consistent schedule.
